Responsive Search Ads, or RSA, is currently the sole method provided to marketers to create sponsored links on the major search engine platforms. Implemented by Google, Bing, and Yahoo throughout 2022, the variable-display features of RSAs present regulatory compliance challenges to prescription drug marketers. This roundtable webinar will be moderated by Jason Cober from FDA’s Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) and include representatives from Industry with a deep knowledge of RSAs. Panelists will discuss best practices, lessons learned, and strategies to ensure prescription drug promotion through RSA is both effective and compliant.
